Angsana Health is committed to delivering quality healthcare to our patients and ensuring the wellbeing of our healthcare providers. Cancellations, late arrivals or no-shows may cause inconvenience to other patients and to healthcare providers.

Therefore, Angsana has a Cancellation Policy to ensure a safe, pleasant and mutually-respectful experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

Appointment Rescheduling

  1. You can reschedule your appointment with your Family Medicine Specialist or Psychologist, by providing at least 12 hours’ notice.

  2. Please reschedule via phone call, text message or email to the Virtual Assistant.

  3. All sessions must be completed within 8 days (for the 7-day package) or 11 days (for the 10-day package) after purchase of package.

  4. Cancellation or rescheduling for group sessions can be rescheduled at any time.

  5. If cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before a one-to-one appointment, the virtual assistance will endeavour to schedule another appointment but there will ne no guarantee that a new or rescheduled appointment will be available. If another appointment is not available, the planned will be forfeited.

 

Late Rescheduling or No-Shows

The appointment is considered forfeited if​:

  1. A patient reschedules with less than 12 hours’ notice, OR

  2. A patient does not show up within ten (10) minutes from the start of the appointment.
