ASD symptoms may appear in children as early as 12 to 18 months of age or earlier.1

How
AVEST
Works
NASOM and Angsana Health found that the main reason for the long time gap in diagnosing autism today, was due to parents needing to bring their children for an in-person assessment at a hospital or a clinic done by a trained healthcare professional over the span of
2 to 6 consecutive hours.
Following this observation,
we built AVEST
to allow parents to:
At each step, AVEST allows the children to have the freedom to be in their natural and familiar environments, thus helping to reduce travel, costs, and stress.
In summary,
AVEST is a mobile-friendly tool that offers parents the option of screening their children for the likelihood of autism, from the comfort and safety of their own homes.

The Team
behind AVEST
AVEST was built by a team of experts with decades of experience treating and supporting people living with autism.
Klinik Kenit is a friendly primary healthcare and one-stop hub based at Klang Valley, for early childhood development in Malaysia, offering nurturing care support and a positive environment for children to reach their full potential.
What happens after
an AVEST Screening
A report from the AVEST assessor will be sent to you indicating the results of your screening and our expert recommendations. We can also send a copy of the results to your doctor upon request.
Future decisions for your child will depend on many factors, like the results (low-risk or high-risk), your child’s age, and your discussions with your doctor.
Directory of
Autism Resources
To aid in this decision-making process, Angsana Health provides a free and easily accessible Directory of Autism Resources that you can use to learn more about autism and the various providers of autism services in Malaysia.
Should you decide to take next steps or explore options with any of the centres in our Directory of Autism Resources, the first consultation is free when you bring along your copy of the AVEST report.
Angsana Health is supportive of you and your child on this journey.
