The program is not suitable for individuals with: BMI < 25, personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, MEN-2 syndrome, planned pregnancy within 2 months, diabetes, or known allergies to GLP-1 medication.
What is the time requirement to undergo Future-Fit?
A 4-month program featuring 7 scheduled teleconsultations (4 with GP, 2 with Dietitian, plus 1 pharmacist session), all coordinated by a dedicated Care Coordinator to ensure seamless scheduling.
Is the medication self-administered?
Yes, but the first dose is guided by a pharmacist who provides comprehensive training on safe dosing techniques and proper administration methods.
Do users continue GLP-1 treatment after the program?
It is recommended to continue GLP-1 treatment, however decision is entirely up to patient and GP. There will be Future-Fit Maintenance (medication only), where users can continue their supply of Semaglutide upon successful completion of 4 months of Future-Fit.
Where and how do I collect my medication?
After your GP teleconsultation, an e-prescription is sent directly via Future-Fit WebApp to a nearby pharmacy in our network for convenient local collection.
