MiyaCare is now part of Angsana Health

In January 2026, Angsana Health Sdn Bhd announced our acquisition of MiyaCare Sdn Bhd, a Managed Care Organization (MCO) in Malaysia. We are proud to welcome MiyaCare to Angsana Health. 

The acquisition combines Angsana’s clinical, digital health and health system capabilities with MiyaCare’s provider network and tech stack. Together, we accelerate our progress towards a digital-first, value-based and primary care-led integrated health system for the SMEs, the middle class and the gig economy of Southeast Asia.
